Shipping Policy

To ensure that your package is properly delivered, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase. We ship via UPS. 

Processing Time

All orders are subject to processing time is 1-5 days.

We offer the following Shipping Options and Cost:

 

Standard Shipping ($6.99) UPS

Estimated Delivery Time is 1-5 business days.

 

At this time, we offer shipping only for orders within the United States.

Return Policy:

If you're not 100% thrilled with your purchase, you have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to return.

 

  1. Contact Us: Sheet an email to anna.her2020@gmail.com with your order number and the item you want to return. Let us know why it didn't work for you.

  2. Pack It Up: Once your email is reviewed, pack the items in its original packaging. Keep their original tags, labels, and all.

  3. Ship It Back: Send the package back to us using a trackable shipping method. We will provide you the address via email. You're responsible for the return shipping cost, but we promise to make this as painless as possible.

  4. Refund: Once we receive the returned item and make sure it's in good condition, we'll process your refund. You'll get your money back in the original payment method.

 

Exchange Policy:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at anna.her2020@gmail.com with your order number and the item you want to exchange. Let us know what size or color you'd like instead.

  2. Pack It Up: Similar to returns, once reviewed, pack the item in its original packaging. Please keep it in its original, unworn condition.

  3. Ship It Back: Send the package back to us using a trackable shipping method. We will provide you the address via email. You're responsible for the return shipping cost.

  4. Exchange: Over we receive your original item and ensure it's in good shape, we'll process the exchange and send the new item your way. We'll cover the shipping cost for the replacement item.

 

Please Note:

We can only accept items in their original condition. If you're return/exchange is due to a mistake made on our end, we'll send you a $15 coupon, but you'll still be responsible for the return shipping costs.
